Fire Safety North and Health and Safety North events will take place in Manchester this coming October, for the third year in a row.
Both events will be held at the EventCity venue in Manchester from October 8-9, 2019, gathering over 2,000 delegates. The two-day occasion, which is the largest for its sector in Northern England, will see 150 exhibitors promoting the most current innovations, products and services available in the fields of both fire safety and health and safety. Among others, the select list of exhibitors is set to include Toyota Material handling UK LTd, Southalls, BSI Group, Martor UK, Evac+Chair, Safety Media, Fike, GVS and EMS Fire and Security.
There will be over 30 hours of industry content for delegates to digest including key sessions which focus on future fire safety legislation in the wake of the Grenfell Tower blaze, possible key alterations to health and safety laws and guides to make certain premises are fully compliant with new fire regulations.
The events are supported by industry associations such as Health and Safety Executive, Occupational Safety and Health, NEBOSH, Institution of Fire Engineers, Institute of Fire Safety Managers and the Fire Protection Association.
The co-located safety events are both organised by Western Business Exhibitions, a section of the Nineteen Group who ran the combined Fire Safety Event, Health and Safety Event, Security Event and Facilities Event that was held at the Birmingham NEC in April.
