Two dilapidated units on an optimally positioned West Midlands industrial estate have seen a significant refurbishment that includes updated electrical features.
In an investment worth over £100,000, Warwickshire property development experts The Wigley Group have now modernised two units measuring approximately 10,000 square feet each in Foleshill, Coventry’s Albion Industrial Estate.
Work carried out on the units has provided them with storage, offices and parking facilities, making them suitable for both production storage and trade counter businesses. New eco-friendly and energy saving electrical systems fitted on the properties employ LED lighting solutions instead of traditional fluorescent strips.
All work was completed by Wigley Building and Development, the construction arm for The Wigley Group.
“We have given both units a full facelift.”
Head of estates for the Wigley Group, Louis Smith, commented on the renovations, adding:
“We have stripped out the partitioned warehouses to create large open and bright spaces with LED lighting, undertaken extensive roof repairs, installed new windows and doors, modernised the offices and carried out groundworks at the front to provide secure parking.”
Enterprises planning to upgrade systems with new electrical installations in Chester or Coventry should always seek advice from professional electricians. Qualified contractors can use their specialist knowledge to match electrical solutions available on the market to a business’s individual needs.
The two upgraded units off Lockhurst Lane front Endemere Road and are now readily available for firms seeking a leasehold via two separate property agents – Avison Young and Bromwich Hardy.
