An exclusive property development in London is now equipped with a cutting-edge system for secure access.
Kebbell Homes’ Aubrey Place is a gated community situated in Chiswick, London containing nine luxury homes that range from four to six bedrooms in size. A bespoke security system has been installed on the development, making use of innovative technology.
Residents will now be able to experience and benefit from smart door access via miniature hands-free monitors. The brand new system, designed by Comelit UK, will enable them to respond to requests for door entry and allow them to use video memory to record all calls missed.
Daniel Wood of Comelit commented:
“The combined solution, completed using our very latest app enabled monitors, provides aspiring residents with a powerful security solution and the convenience of audio and visual communication, together with ease of use in everyday life.”
Each of the Aubrey Place homes is equipped with a hands-free monitor with integrated Wi-Fi to receive visitor access requests from the touchscreen entrance panel located outside the gates. Alternatively, a bespoke app can be used on compatible smart mobile devices. A total of 15 such devices can be connected to each one of the properties at the London address.
Residents can authorise access via personal devices or Wi-Fi monitor. The advanced system offers options to allow entry through either the gate for pedestrians or vehicle gate located alongside.
While static internal monitors were originally considered for the development, the growing trend toward flexibility made mobile-compatible technology a more suitable option.
