A global enterprise that manufactures mechanical equipment for making boxes has purchased a warehouse with robust security features for its headquarters in the United Kingdom.
The facility in Yorkshire’s Sherburn will now be Taiwan-based company TCY’s base of operations for its UK branch, TCY UK. Located to the rear of the Lancaster Business Park, Mayfair House offered premium security solutions and was ready to move into directly, giving it considerable appeal to the firm.
The warehouse resides inside a fully enclosed area and is constructed using a steel portal frame and elevations with metal cladding. The perimeter benefits from secure steel fencing, while a dedicated closed-circuit television (CCTV) system has been fitted for site surveillance requirements.
Industrial enterprises planning a security system installation in Chester, Yorkshire and other parts of Northern England can depend on professional electricians to fit equipment. From state-of-the-art secure entry doors to the latest wireless CCTV set ups, certified electricians have the necessary skills and experience to deploy security solutions effectively.
Rob Garvey, Managing Director for the firm’s UK arm, said that the location would allow the company to develop its customer base in England, Scotland and Wales, and he added:
“Our firm has been producing specialist corrugated packaging machinery for over 60 years and we’re delighted to be able to bring that expertise, know-how and, most importantly, direct support to our clients from here in the UK.”
The new site was bought as a freehold and covers 15,997 square feet in total.
